With this package you'll learn the basics like form and technique, how to breathe properly, and how to also know why strength training is important. This includes training with me 4 to 5 days a week, an online programming through Trainerize with some nutrition tips to help reach your goals. Also if something happens like bad weather or we're not able to meet for a day or two, this is a great tool to use.
This is for those who has somewhat of a knowledge about working out or has worked out for a while but wants to know more and be pushed more. With this package, you'll learn more difficult exercises and going back to the basics if need be. To add a bit more to your workout routine. Also if something happens like bad weather or we're not able to meet for a day or two, this is a great tool to use.
This is for those who has good knowledge about working out, but want to be pushed more with harder workouts. With this package, you'll get an exercise routine that's tougher and harder to your workout routine. A lot of exercises are going to be very intense. This includes training with me 2 or 3 days a week, an online programming through Trainerize with some nutrition tips to help reach your goals. Also if something happens like bad weather or we're not able to meet for a day or two, this is a great tool to use.

My business names is Fit-4-Lifes LLC but my brand name is Fit-4-Life. The reason I chose that name was because when it comes to fitness, you're not only training your physical health, but your mental health as well. They both intertwine with each other, just like the saying goes, " health is wealth" as well as your self worth. Wealth, Worth, and Health are go together to help you reach your best life. How much are you willing to invest into your health? I got three different packages to choose from. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
